Division I and II Girls compete at Holiday Mountain on a day that went from the mid 40's to freezing, creating a icy slalom course.
Haley Heins of Monticello came in 3rd with a time of 32.08
It’s winter and time for Girls Apline skiing! It’s been warm and rainy lately but thanks for the miracle of snow making at Holiday, the girls were finally able to race. Liberty, Monticello, Fallsburg/Tri-Valley, and Sullivan West girls all fared well in this first Slalom race of the season at Holiday.

Racers who competed on Wednesday were supposed to lock up again on Thursday for Giant Slalom but mother nature had other plans. Holiday Mountain is closed due to the copious amounts of rain falling today. We won’t see any more skiing action until next Tuesday when racers take to Belleayre.
